以下用n代表他們每月能貯到的錢，750 + ( 6n ) = price of the computer game
920 + ( 4n ) = price of the computer game
∴ 750 + ( 6n ) = 920 + ( 4n )
先計算n 是多少：
750 + ( 6n ) = 920 + ( 4n )
6n - 4n = 920 - 750
2n = 170
n = 85
所以他們每月能貯八十五元。
把 n = 85 代入以下的其中一條式：
1) 750 + ( 6n ) = price of the computer game
2) 920 + ( 4n ) = price of the computer game
最後也能計出 Price of the Computer Game = $1260

由此...可以知道THE PRICE OF THE COMPUTER GAME IS $1260
