Gary and James have saved $750 and $920 respectively. In order to buy a computer game, they have to save money for 6 months and 4 more months respectively. Given that the amounts of money they save in each month are the same, find the price of the computer game.
好難做呀. 揾人教下我呀! HELP !!

以下用n代表他們每月能貯到的錢,
750 + ( 6n ) = price of the computer game
920 + ( 4n ) = price of the computer game
∴ 750 + ( 6n ) = 920 + ( 4n )

先計算n 是多少:
750 + ( 6n ) = 920 + ( 4n )
  6n - 4n = 920 - 750
    2n = 170
     n = 85
所以他們每月能貯八十五元。

把 n = 85 代入以下的其中一條式:
1) 750 + ( 6n ) = price of the computer game
2) 920 + ( 4n ) = price of the computer game

最後也能計出 Price of the Computer Game = $1260

JAMES SAVED $920..HE NEEDS TO SAVE 4 MONTHS MORE
GARY同JAMES 差兩個月(6個月-4個月)
SO.. ($920-$750)/2..應該就等於佢地一個月所SAVE的MONEY..以及相等..=$85
每個月SAVE $85..
GARY要多6個月..SO ($85*6)+$750=$1260
JAMES要多4個月..SO ($85*4)+$920=$1260

由此...可以知道THE PRICE OF THE COMPUTER GAME IS $1260
