Nexus resort Karambunai

I recently stayed at this resort during the summer holidays and this is my humble feedback:

1. Both borneo and club rooms are very big and beautiful. We have 2 adults and 3 kids (15, 11 and 9) and all managed to sleep in the room with plently of walking space.

2. The borneo room is good enough unless you think the view is very important and would like the ocean room.

3. I wouldn't pay more to upgrade the rooms.

Basically, the nexus is a very big resort and not very easily assessible by walking. You need to ring the reception and ask for buggy rides to get from one place to another which is a bit of inconvenience especially if you have young kids or in the rush. The sea is nice and beautiful - sand is good and water is clear.

I would not want to stay at this place in the future again because I think the price is slightly on the high side and the resort is just too large for easy access.

In fact, as a regular visitor to KK, I would recomend The Magellan or the Tanjong
Aru Resort anything.
