The distance (d) between two planets was (1.234x 5.678)^1000 km
Given: log1.234=0.0913, log5.678=0.7541 and log2.512=0.4, find the value of (d)

log{ (1.234x 5.678)^1000}
=1000 log(1.234x 5.678)
=1000x{ log1.234 + log5.678}
=1000x{ 0.0913 + 0.7541}
=1000x 0.8454
=8.454
=8 + 0.4 approx.
=8 + log2.512 approx.
Hence,
(1.234x 5.678)^1000
= 10^8 x 2.512
= 2.512 x10^8 approx.
