報警落左口供使唔使上庭作証

If you cannot identify the suspects, you have no evidential value from the prosecution's point of view. Therefore, it is unlikely that you will be summonsed by the police.

However, if eventually the police arrested some suspects because another witness (not you) was able to identify the suspects, it is possible for the defence counsel to summonse you in order to "prove" that the police caught the wrong people.

如果D警察查證係佢地做的, 便會正式提出起訴, 咁佢地一定會找証人出庭作証啦, 如果係人報警見到有人破壞公物的, 一定會找你出庭, 到時重會比証人費人添!!!!
同埋可疑個幾個人真的有証明係佢地做的, 一定會帶回警局調查落份口供, 不過耍睇當時警察的判斷啦!!
