Party 2 requests party 1 to refund the money of the treatment - skin moisturizing due to personal reasons. After the reconciliaton of both parties, party 1 agrees to refund $2500 to party 2.

Party 2 requests to refund in the meantime when the treatment has not been completed and causes the whole treatment to be terminated.Party 2 has to settle the payment to party 1 for the following fees:
