本人首次想計劃租村屋，想你地幫我搵ｄ租盤，希望你地可以幫到我～

可吾可以幫我搵ｄ係沙田或屯門位既村屋。

如果可以，最好有部份或全屋傢俬或電器。
大約５５０尺至到８００尺～
租金係４千至７千～包差向地租～要有圖片
要係地下，有冇花園無所謂，吾要中層同高層～
說出有咩交通出市區，行去車站平均要幾耐

仲有，要搵全屋傢俬係吾係好難，定係無乜可能？
基本上入伙既時候，洗吾洗重新裝修？

I think Shatin is not very possible for 4000 per month.

And for a garden, maybe a bit higher in rent; or you have to stand a bit poorer condition.

Some choice in my mind now: Shatin: 上禾"邪", 下禾"邪". 5 mins to Shatin KCR. But definitely more expensive than your target. If you want sth cheaper, try those around Fotan, e.g. 拔子窩村, but need to take a minibus from Shatin or Fotan KCR. Or some down futher from 駿景園,but i dont know the village name. Again, may need a minibus but can walk from FOtan, about 10-15 mins.

Persaonally I think 上禾"邪", 下禾"邪". is the best cos you are new to village houses, even though they are more expensive. Better be closer to urban area or a shopping centre.
