One-sided argumentative essay 即是用單一方向去寫一件事
都即係你完全地支持/反對一樣野
例如 俾個題目你係 GST的壞處
咁你成篇野就要淨係講壞處,咁就係one-sided

Two-sided argumentative essay > 用正同反o既觀點去寫一件事
即係寫 好處 同埋 壞處
通常寫一篇Two-sided argumentative essay會有7段左右
例如 :
introduction
第一個好處+explanation
第二個好處+explanation
轉接段 , 好短o既一段, 2,3句便可, eg. 除左xxx帶黎哩d好處之外, 其實佢亦都帶再壞處
第一個壞處+explanation
第二個壞處+explanation
Conclusion ,可加個人意見,即你本人支持/反對

"Poverty in the world" 要你指出problem 同 solution
你可以一段指出一個problem, 講完problem就講解決哩個問題o既方法,先再起另一段,講另一個問題同solution咁樣,

哩個其實唔係one-sided/two-sided .. 因為題目已經指出係problem, 只係問你原因,而唔係壞處

In this kind of essay, we not only give information but also present an argument with the PROS (supporting ideas) and CONS (opposing ideas) of an argumentative issue.

1 We should clearly take our stand and write as if we are trying to persuade an opposing audience to adopt new beliefs or behavior.

2 The primary objective is to persuade people to change beliefs that many of them do not want to change.

3. All argumentative topics have PROs and CONs.

Before starting writing, it is imperative to make a list of these ideas and choose the most suitable ones among them for supporting and refuting.

There are three possible organization patterns:
