畢業兩年的人工

做傳媒除了以上三大, 浸大、仁大都好多, 因為傳理係幾出名。做傳媒出名人工偏低, 但有使命感, 除非有料做上去到主任級才有大作為, 之前無線訪問2已移民的資深新聞報導員也有同感。
至於11.5K是否underpaid,視乎你是甚麼職位。有些U-grad去做sales, 起薪7K, 三年都不會多過你。

是否UNDERPAID?

I would say you are "low paid".

I cannot comment if you are "underpaid", because I won't know your job performance is lousy or not. I have seen u-grads having worked few years with a bad work attitude and personality. They are not helping the company to achieve anything but to slow things down and impairing morale in work place. For those people even $5000 a month is over paid.

Anyway, I should talk about you skipping the wordings and assuming you are a normal person : )

You are indeed low paid, in veiw that you can find a job easily with higher wage. 傳媒 is by tradition a low pay industry to u-grads, same to merchandising. So if money is becoming more important to you, try to find a new job in other sectors. THere will be lots of new openings after this lunar new year.

但不是中港科大這三間名U: It really doesn't matter as you have been working for years. Most recruiters will judge more on your achievements in the past years, rather than which u you are from.

我中3畢業...月入14-15萬...
當然係多勞多得啦...
不過我覺得學歷+工作經驗+發展環境+年資先會搵多d錢6...
我識d大專畢業未做清潔....
好難去定1個人搵幾多定身價...
你有本事搵幾多都有...
