有關Agreement: 兩個uncountable nouns應用單數還是複數動詞？

這可分為兩種情況：

1兩個名詞都是指不同的事物，便須用複數動詞
所以應該說The information and the news have been announced.

2兩個名詞都是指相同的事物，便須用單數動詞
例如 Bread and butter is my favourite food.
當中，Bread and butter是指奶油麵包這「一種食物」，故須用單數動詞

因此，兩個不可數名詞(uncountable nouns)應用單數還是複數動詞，
要跟據以上的規則來決定。

應該用複數動詞，因為你有兩個事物:the information同the news~

應用複數動詞
即The information and the news have been announced.

應要用複數動詞。
