1. 膊頭橫D, are u mean u wanna the deltoid(三角肌) bigger? 坐姿啞鈴推舉 can train the front and middle side. 立姿側平舉, I think the mean 直立飛鳥, right? That is actually concentrading on the middle side of the deltoid. And u wanna 膊頭橫D, so 立姿側平舉 maybe more sutible for u.
2. 舉重D而次數少actually is for trainin' 白肌, 白肌又稱速肌是在快速運動時使用,爆發力強也容易疲勞; 舉輕D而次數多is for trainin' 紅肌, 紅肌又稱遲肌,做長時間緩和運動時用的. The first one is for trainin' the size of muscle, the second one is for trainin' the hardness of muscles and decressin' the fat. So the first one is more sutable for u.
3. 一日做掌上壓,一日操啞鈴,隔住咁做, work, but not the best method. If u do all of them in the same day, the effect would be bigger, 'cause u will use the same area of muscles for high density trainin'. One week at least work out three times.
4. And one more suggestion, don't just train one muscle, or soon u'll find u body will bein' misshapen
