咩係re export???

A good producted in a country and sell it directly to other country. Export

A good producted in one country, and export to another country, the second country use the good to product or match it up to some domestic good , and then export to a third country, this is an Export good by the second country.

A good producted in one country, export to other country, the second country export it to a third country without any other work process, this good are count as Re-export.

Just like in the 80's, a lot of garment products were export from China to Hong Kong. A lot of them then reexport to USA, USA count them as China products and Hong Kong just acts as a Re-export port. On the other hand, those garments which add some pinned flowers in the front or back, those were counted as Export by Hong Kong.

re-export即係一個國家買左一樣野之後，再將呢一樣野賣出去；
賣出去之前可能會經過包裝等呢類既簡單程序。

不過，向一個國家買零件經過組裝之後，再賣畀第二個國家，就唔算re-export喇，
因為組裝喺經濟學既角度黎講，唔算簡單程序，咁就唔符合re-export既定義，只算import+export。
