When u keep on trainin' before the result comes, brain would made 腦內啡(endorphin, 具有鎮痛作用的氨基酸), which can make us happy and 鎮痛, and when that time u ain't so easy to stop, and usually we will lift weight hethier and hethier. So if ur a boy, find some changeable dum bell.
3. As the second part answer, if u are a girl, u can buy some dum bells which is unchangeable, that's always cheaper than the changeable one. That's usually under $200. Of course, I saw some 百貨公司 raise the price to $299 even in mainland nowady.
If ur a boy, the one of Goma公司 is quite good, I still am usin' now, even the gym centers like Psysical are also usin' them. There is the $299 changeable and 20lbs per side, pay $140 more can get 44lbs extra weight peice.

玩啞鈴會好容易整傷，同是要視乎你係用來做甚麼運動，因不同運動會用不同重量的啞鈴，還要看身高及體重....等等。最好請教健身教練。

你可以去運動店買。
好的比較貴。　　　　不好的比較便宜。
可以試一試，那就知道自己適合甚麼重量的啞鈴了。
