英文中好件不會這樣問的，但會問「這是不是你今天讀的第三本書？」Is this your third book today?/ Is this the third book you've read today?
回答時則說
Yes, this is my third./ No, this is my _____.

你要發問的方法也是一樣：How many books have you read today?
若是他人說：I have read three books. 那就表示三本書都看完了。
若回答是： This is my third. 那就是說他看了兩本，正在看第三本。

你個問題英文黎講..係轉唔到中文如果一定要轉就係好似我答案咁,不過好似有d問題.....唔係所有中文都可以轉英文,意思差唔多就得~
