大肚係咁架啦,我果時嘔足9個月....衰d講句...當你真係嘔得出,嘔多幾日就會慣架啦..為左bb好,你都唔會唔食野...嘔完覺得冇咁辛苦又會再食...依家係小食多餐架啦
就算係孕吐呢...都總會有d野你食左係唔會嘔架....好似我咁,我飲啖水都會嘔,but食雪糕就冇事...
而我以前睇孕婦書,就話食梳打餅,花生醬果d會止嘔喎,你可以試下..but not work on me.

如果你要返工....咁你最好每日自己準備幾個小食物盒放食物...如沙律果d咁啦...一肚餓就食一盒仔....咁會比你只係lunch時食野好...當然到時你就要係lunch做番d野..唔好比老細炸到型啦
