Actually, if you feel the heart pain whenever you exercise, it already tell your heart do have some problems. Apparently, you do have 先天性漏斗胸, the pic didn't show anything when you still a baby, but it doesn't mean that it won't occure when you grow up. Just like a patient, he discover a heart disease but it never happened when he was a kid. He still need to do a surgery. I suggest you check it with the doctor first before you have any action, as the heart is very important for human.
