對男性而言，性高潮的有無很容易判定，除非是早洩，否則射精其實就是性高潮的表現。但是對女性而言，這個問題卻複雜多了。除了因為身體構造的不同之外，社會文化的壓抑、以及對女性雙重標準的道德約束等等，都會影響到女性對於性的反應。性高潮之所以有談論的必要，是因為女性從未被教導主動去追求自己所渴望的性行為。

when i tried myself first time (not knowing how to..), i never get to shoot
until one day i tried another position and it took me 30mins to shoot.. then i know my position was wrong (or too slow)
