help~~~~relationship between domail name, url, and IP adress

domain name???
domain name is an address resolving ip address. the reolution process is done by DNS server. To authorising a domain to be one of IP, you need to registry a domain through domain registration company/organization. e.g. yahoo.com->209.131.36.158.
URL is the HTTP address entered in the Browser.
IP address is an address idenitfing the location of the network workstation. Because some IP may be changed periodically, we need to registry a domain for remembering the site easily.
