psp download game 是否合法?

It's illegal of course,it will violate the copying law without the licence for using the software. The owner of the game has the rights to sue you. It's a civil offence. But if you sell the downloaded ISO or game, it will be a criminal offence which means that the government will sue you and may punish with criminal record + fine + prison

我知道PSP可以 download game ，但是我覺得不合法，而我就會買1.5行貨psp不會買3.3download game的PSP。
