請問向上跑樓梯小腿會變得更粗嗎?

其實我的小腿好細隻,但係大腿就大隻,唔成正比例,搞到我覺得露隻腿出黎好肉酸,請問一聲向上跑樓梯小腿會變得更粗嗎?仲有,每日要跑幾內先得呢?請問除了這個方法後還有什麼方法可以增大小腿呢?

Yes! Running can have such effect. Either it is going upstair or at ground level.

At least 15 minutes or more for 3 times a week.

Running too much will hurt your legs. Please do not run every day.

If you use your ankle to reach the ground first, it will make your leg thick.(personal experience).

If you use your toes to reach the ground first, your leg will be slim and small.

I think you seldom have sport activities. You need to have training for your leg and then the muscle will grow up .

如果你小腿成日要用力, 就會有一舊肌肉, 不過唔知會唔會令到粗D !
