家下請船務文員多數要有經驗。如果你想由零開始，學到掌握全套基本野，我睇要去中或大型公司做，不過你完全唔識就真係唔敢講人地請唔請，唯有要求0既人工平d。我聽我個舊同事講(佢做 shipping)，佢後生果時做，做左大半年都只係做下加、減數。人地如非必要都唔會教你。

It will be better for you to do the business in the future. If you wok as shipping clerk, of course you know the import and export procedure, but you have less chance to know the product.
