1. You can get a grammar book and look at the contents and you'll know what grammar rules they learn. What to learn also depends on the banding of the school. Say, the students of the average school may have revision of all the tenses you've listed and some other simple and common grammar rules like the following items:
revision of articles, a / an / the
parts of speech, e.g. beauty (n), beautify (v), beautiful (adj), beautifully (adv)
reported speech, e.g. He said that he would be back in three days.
passive voice, e.g. A man was killed.
gerund, e.g. I love swimming.
infinitives, e.g. I've decided to move to Shatin.
modals, e.g. You may know her.
conditionals, e.g. If you know work hard, you will fail the exams.
conjunctions, e.g. however, therefore, as, etc
comparatives, e.g. He is more intelligent than other students.
superlatives, e.g. He is the most intelligent students in the class.
adjectives, e.g. It's kind of you ... It's easy for us to ...
collocations, e.g. read books, watch television, answer the phone, etc.
relative clause, e.g. I saw a man who looked like Andy Lau.
prepositions of time / locations, e.g. at three o'clock, in the street, inside the rubbish bin, etc.
The students in better schools may learn more subtle ones.
2. University students seldom learn grammar. They focus their learning on their majors. Even English majors don't spend time learn grammar in class but they analyse grammar.
Students in other disciplines may need to take English course offered by the English centre of the university. In the course, they mainly focus on the skills they need. For exmple, they may take academic writing course becasue they need to write academic papers. If they want to enhance their speaking skills, they may take the speaking course. Even if they choose the grammar course, what they learn should aim at their needs for academic writing.
