British Citizen has the right to live,work & study in the UK without any restriction.
British Nationality, as defined under the British Nationality Act 1981 is the divison of 5 classes of British nationals, including British Citizen[BC], British Overseas Territories Citizen[BOTC], British National (Overseas)[BN(O)], British Subjects[BS] & British Overseas Citizens[BOC]. With the exception of BC, none of the other British nationals have the right to live in UK.
British Naturalised, that can be referred to as those who have lived in UK for 5 years legally, and decided to apply for British Citizenship. Once granted, they are British Citizen otherwise by decent, commonly known as Naturalized British.
