Given the GDP at current market prices of 2002 is $480 billion and the price index of 2002 is 96. The base year is 2001 and the price index of the base year is 100. Calculate the GDP of 2002 at constant (2001) market prices.

$480billion/96 x 100

=$500 billion

先將$480billion除開96份,再times 番100

因為係通縮,金錢的purchasing power上升,今年的$96等於上年$100的purchasing power,所以今年個數除96份times番一百就得咧...
