另外..你亦可以試下每日朝早加多一隻8蚊既糯米雞...
應該肥得仲快...
夜晚臨訓再飲一杯熱既朱古力奶或者全脂牛奶....
食得飽..又訓得好...唔肥就假啦...

一定肥到,如果你想肥ge話你臨sleep時食番杯雪糕,日唔係好飽ge時候就食d高脂ge嘢(食麵包lor ,麵包好肥,我就係成日食包,食到fat到死)或者狂食朱古力。

why do u want to be fat????

but let me give you some steps:

1. sleep at least 13 hours a day
2. eat more things with much sugar salt and oil(french fries, hamburgars......)
3. don't walk too much, don't do any sports

bad things:
1. die very, very, early
2. maybe you will die when you are曾肥ing
3. will ill often
4. people will not like you
5. can't really find a job

see!! There are many bad things of曾肥, and it is impossible to肥到350磅!!! #_#

一日六餐擺明可以肥肥肥肥肥啦!!!!
M記啲野多油到死…
你仲想肥D嘅話,食飽就攤係sofa度/就算飽都照食野,食到個胃就爆…etc.............

不過你都要lum下later可能你想fit番可能要做exercise成幾年都唔可以去番142磅…

肥有咩好喎
1日6餐麥當當一定肥到la 仲要全部都係好肥嗰d
唔好做運動
隨時隨地都食緊野
如果你食極都唔肥既話都幾難搞
如果你飲水都肥就你食咩都肥la
記住要食脂肪高嗰d喎
