愛滋病患者打了預防疫苗仍會有效用嗎？[20分]

愛 滋 病 的 學 名 是 後 天 免 疫 力 缺 乏 症 ， 英 文 名 稱 Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome ， 縮 寫 為 AIDS ， 因 此 被 翻 譯 為 愛 滋 病 或 艾 滋 病 。
愛 滋 病 是 一 種 由 愛 滋 病 毒 HIV 引 發 的 致 命 疾 病 。 病 毒 會 破 壞 人 體 的 免 疫 能 力 ， 令 患 者 變 得 虛 弱 ， 無 法 抵 抗 各 種 感 染 和 癌 症 的 侵 襲 。 愛 滋 病 並 非 單 一 的 疾 病 ， 而 是 多 種 同 時 乘 機 侵 襲 的 感 染 ， 往 往 引 致 病 患 者 死 亡 。

而疫苗的原理是預先刺激免疫系統令其能在真正接觸病毒時能夠產生大量抗體對抗病毒， 但HIV已經將免疫系統破壞了， 無法再製造足夠抗體， 所以身體是再無法抵抗乙型肝炎病毒和其他疾病。

而HIV為何會令免疫系統受損? 這是因為HIV會入侵CD4+ T lymphocyte cell, 而這cell主要功聯繫細胞讓身體製造抗體, HIV會逐步讓身體的CD4+ cell減少, 當低於300cell/ml時便會出現AIDS之症狀, 現時有效抵抗AIDS之藥物是阻止HIV複製DNA或製造蛋白質. 但並不能滅絕所有HIV, 因HIV會潛藏在人體之DNA內而且經常變種更會產生抗藥性.乙型肝炎之疫苗並不能防止HIV, 以我所知乙型肝炎只是以乙型肝炎之抗原作疫苗, 不關HIV的事.
