1.可以。
2.有限制。就是新股不能抽H股，但上市之後的買賣可以照常進行。
3.帶備有關的證件，如：港澳旅遊證件、身份證、銀行戶口、香港的聯絡地址證明（可以是朋友的），到銀行開設戶口。
4.中銀。
我在月初陪同一位大陸朋友到中銀開了證券投資戶口，他本身已有中銀的儲蓄戶口，開戶口時，所有的問題可以問職員。

Yes, they can, but they need provide mailing address in Hong Kong, cannot provide China providence address. (cannot PO Box also)
No special restriction, use their POC passport is enough, cannot use their travel visa.
China people usually dont like China bank or HSBC, because they dont wont their money can check by the Chinese Government, also HSBC also check this and that on big amount money deposit in.........because HSBC dont want particpate on money laundary.
