before (prep) leave (noun) 是 phrase 片語，但不是成語那種。所謂片語是非完整句子，沒有 SUBJ，只有 prep, verb， obj 等。leave 是指假期，或離開短時期那種， 如 SICK LEAVE， SHORT LEAVE， ANNUAL LEAVE 那種，但也可指離開，但少用些。個分別是它是名詞，而你的意思是每次離開時，所以應用 VERB 那個。
