They are pretty good already, here's just what I think about the 1st and last one -
Mekdes - I think it sounds more like 麥迪斯 because it's pronounced as Mek-des in a quick-ish way, so the 'k' sound doesn't really stick out.
Mulu Azeze - Somehow I think Mulu is a male's name (but I guess it can be both since it's Ethiopian). So if you can have a male version of 米露 (change 露 to the Chinese word for 'roads/street/path' maybe? I don't have a Chinese keyboard and can't type Chinese, I've been copying and pasting your words.) And also a male version of 阿絲斯 (umm...use the word for 'west' in Chinese?) That's only my suggestion though...only if we know if Mulu Azeze is a male or female.
Oh this one - Haj Mohammed Jemal Abdela
哈智阿卜林拉 - the first name is good. Not sure what you can do with 'Jemal' though. Then 'Abdela' - it's pronounced as 'Ab-del-la' so there are 2 'l' sounds. I think for the sound 'del' you can use the Chinese word for 'floor/ground'. 'Ab' and 'la' stays the same.
That's just my 2 cents on those. I can only think off a handful of Chinese words now - I'm sure there are better ones with the same sounds that you'd know. =)
