Any suggestion to foster growth of Macau tourism?

here are some of my suggestions:

1/ Improve the transportaion facilities (eg. Widen the road , imrpove the road system, imrpove minibus conditions and safty measures--always overload and particularly the Airport ----upgrade it can convince more tourists from western countries to visist)

2/ Highly regulate the operations and development of Casinos and Hotels (反罪惡, 不可混乩--need to maintain a healthy competitions)

3/Need to change the marketing positioning of Macau from 'only gamble' to a place for enterainment, leisure and sightseeing.... target market should be '一家大小，but not only gambelrs)

4/ Ungrade the general enterainment facilities for kids and for elderly (playground, concert theatre , shopping malls)

5/try to do more promotion in overseas (diverse its market to non-asia pacific area)

The essential job now is to improve the facilities of Macau.
Then introduce more international companies to invest in the city. Breed the conference and exhibition industy. That will attract more high-level people to Macau for business.
Appreciate the characteristics of Macau, e.g. world heritage, Portuguese style, etc.
Actually, gambling and whoring contribute to the Macau tourism, but both will lead to bad impacts to the city.
