The main differences are the culture and the language. Usually, Chinese Kindergarten would like to adopt Chinese language. The tradition of teaching is that the teacher will teach the kids how to read, write, draw. Then, the kids will listen and learn. Some activities may be involved. Afterwards, the kid can write, read or even make simple sentences in Chinese.
In an English Kindergarten with Native English Speakers as Principal and teachers, the culture is different. In spite of language, the kids will read some books such as series of English proses, songs, fairy stories. The kids may not be required to listen only. They may be required to do some outings or simple researches. Sometimes, it seems to the parents that the kid has not learnt anything. In fact, the kid has learnt something in the daily life such as words, foreign culture.
