擲界外球的問題

FIFA球例第15條對界外球的揼法有嚴格規定，其中:
At the moment of delivering the ball, the thrower (擲球時， 擲球者):

faces the field of play (面向球場);
has part of each foot either on the touch line or on the ground outside the touch line (兩隻腳都要踩住邊界或在邊界外，這例包括趷腳)
uses both hands (用双手)
delivers the ball from behind and over his head (要過頭)

15條亦注明:
For any other infringement of this Law: (如犯此例)

the throw-in is taken by a player of the opposing team (界外球交由對方球員投擲).
所以答案係畀對方揼。

理論上，唯一重擲的情況是波從來冇進入場區，但有時球員偷雞走前咗揼，較仁慈的球証都只係叫佢揼過。
