香港人在美國過期居留,若出境時美國會否在護照上加上記認,又會否給予一些信....等等!

你在出境時,美國移民局會注銷你入境簽證並可口頭或書面告知,你有多久不准進入美國
最嚴重是入黑名單,永遠不准進入美國

唔比人捉到應該會冇事，因為你出境走果陣都唔洗show passport既,剩係機票之嘛(我聽我個friend講話US 係唔洗show passport囉離境果陣),所以幾時走佢地係唔會知...

過期如果不超過5個工作天, 以天氣因素來說的話 , 不是人為因素的話 應該沒問題,因為不是你錯!
(p.s. 要即時提供足夠理據支持,不是人為錯誤才行!! )
如果超過了 一個工作週期 的話,就會視為刻意的過期居留.
結果就會如上的人說一樣.
又如果是屬於旅遊意外,可需要住院的話..即需要醫療收據!

I really don't know if it's similar as American過期居留 in HK
because if you 過期居留 in H.K. from America
you would never go back to America again

I am a student in Americabut not a citizen yetMy brother already went back to H.K.so if he doesn't come back after 6 monthshe would never come back and can't get the citizenshipi don't know if the same if you stay too long in America

係電腦會有record，你下次申請去美国會有問題！如果過期居留太耐，下次可能拒絕你入境！
