For each quotation request, a customer would send us the technical data and information to tell us how many parts he would like to build. My department will forward the request with a copy of engineering drawing and quote history to the purchasing and inventory departments for evaluation. They will check respectively our stock and to see if we can satisfy the customer with the quantity they want. Once the RFQ is returned to the sales department, (then) we will price it and submit a quote.
