For those (who???hospital唔係人,真的用who嗎) have engineers working in the companies, they often only order small amount of parts, since their engineers know how to repair the machine. But for those small companies who haven't (got any) engineers, then they would order a full kit (of/for???) a particular section. When the meeting is over, I begin working on e-mail inquiries, and most of them are (quotation requests/requests for quotation/requests for quotations???) (in/of/for???) the Parts.

I'll rewrite your passage, with corrections placed in brackets or captial letters.

For those THAT (hospital=non-human) have engineers working in the companies, ONLY A SMALL AMOUNT OF PARTS ARE ORDERED (passive more appropriate), since their enginners know how to repair? (ASSEMBLE is a better word) the machineS. But for those smallER companies THAT DOESN'T HAVE engineers, (do NOT use THEN after FOR THOSE) they woud order a full kit (OF if the kit is the building material, FOR if the kit is the tools required to build the machines) a particular section. When the meeting is over, I begin working on e-mail inquiries, and most of them are QUOTATION REQUESTS FOR the part.

Hope it helps!

those係話緊果幾個engineers 所以用who, 仲有who可以解"佢"

got/had any 我接受到

"for" a particular section.

"quotation requests" "for" the parts
