I feel fuss.
沒錯, 但沒有人這樣說的. You should say:
I feel fussy (adj)

fuss是(n) and (v),不能用在(v)--feel後面.
(v)--feel後面是用(adj).

I don't want to make a fuss over such a trifle.
我不想為這種小事大驚小怪。
v.
1. 【口】使煩惱;煩憂
Don't fuss him while he's doing his homework.

艾咪過分講究穿著。
