Is there anything you want?
大致上意思一樣但較均整.

Want 字一般不會用進行式.
我會改寫句子做:
do you people want something/anything?
What do you people want?

...據我理解你想說的是「你們這些人是不是想要些東西?」這樣嗎?
如果是的話, 就該說"Do you want something?" =)
