Application of HK driver licence (10 points)

I study in USA and hold a qualified California driver licence. I have just stayed in USA for less than 4 month and I am now in HK for my Christmas holiday. I hold a F-1 Visa (I-20) document. Can I apply for HK driver licence??

you cannot applied for a driving licence, because you had only stayed in usa for 4 months, at lease 3 years please view the following
