我想問下日日食蛋有咩問題

我而家平均每日食4~5隻蛋都係淨係lunch食仲夾埋飯食 d飯係3種唔同果d紅米白米
如果我日日咁食會唔會對身體有咩唔好處~?同埋如果有壞處有咩解決既方法?

too much lor........it should have problem.......
because egg yolk contain cholestrol.....each egg yolk contain around 300 kcal.....
In nutrition view, advice maximum 2-3 eggs per week......

If you really like eggs, I advice you skip the egg yolk...........but egg yolk is good cholestrol.....eat moderate is good for health.....

too much cholesterol.......lead to overweight(obese), heart diease, DM, hypertension(high blood pressure).......

日日吃蛋好易謄固醇過高, 所以你唔好日日吃,最多是1星期吃1-2隻,如果都是唔得的,就只吃蛋白,唔好吃蛋黃,因為蛋黃是有好高的脂肪.

蛋黃的膽固醇很高,日日食可能會令你的膽固醇超標啊
