人有70%水, so 人有 hydrogen & oxygen
人有炭水化合物, so 人有 carbon
人有蛋白質, so 人有 nitrogen
人有脂肪(成份和炭水化合物一樣), so 可以不計
人有小小維他命, 礦物質, so 人有不同mineral, e.g. sodium, potassium, phorsphorus, calcium, etc (好少only)

最多是, oxygen, hydrogen 和 carbon !
