well, 98是好年份, you can drink it now or keep it in well condition for 2 more years.

如果是這一枝的話，這枝也是不錯的，98也是好年份，但St. Emilion在right bank，酒多以Merlot為主，所需儲藏時間較Left Bank的出品短，98至今已近八年，差不多要開。

Saint - Emilion - Chateau Janicot 1998.
A excellent example of this high quality AOC. Well balanced, aromatic and fruity. Full-bodied but quite soft. Lovely stuff.

Its vineyards since the middle ages, Buzet has some very interesting wines to offer. It was classified Appellation d’Origine Controlée in 1973. Good colour. Very aromatic and fruity. Full bodied but quite soft, well structured.

Accompanies perfectly the typical cuisine of South-West France : duck, lamb, subtle sauces. It has its place on any dining table.
Appellation: Buzet Grape Varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc
Soil: Clay-limestone
Climate: Mainly oceanic.
Maturing: Stainless steel and oak barrels.
Laying down: Can be kept for 2 to 5 more years but it is already very pleasant to drink.

98年的話...現在飲左佢都ok啦!! 但如果唔飲,我覺得最多放多2年好啦!!
