i still don't understand why the people in Hong Kong would think that those stickers sold in the streets for charity purposes are called 'flag'.
actually, from webster randomhouse dict, 'flag' has the following meaning:

"a piece of cloth, varying in size, shape, color, and design, usually attached at one edge to a staff or cord, and used as the symbol of a nation, state, or organization, as a means of signaling, etc.; ensign; standard; banner; pennant."

I would strongly suggest you use the term 'sticker badge'.
