Investment Question~~ Pls help!!

Benefits:
* pay less interest as the principal is being amortized more frequently (i.e. comes down quicker)
Disadvantages:
* administratively you need to arrange repayment more frequently; forgetting to put money in the account may cost you much penalty payments
* you have less money to spend during the month

Benefit: PMT is less. More flexibility to cash flow.
Disadvantage: pay more interest & make the total paument bigger.
