Nope. They are same for each state. In additon, QLD's education level is higher than SA. However, it just depend which course you are going to apply in AU. Most course in AU are same standard of QLD. However, you can get OP1 - OP5, which means you are are top level student in Australia. For all Australian uni, if your English and Maths B levels which are higher than Sound Level, that means you can get into university very easily. Of course, if you wanna to do Medicine that kind of specialist science degree, they need other Year 12 science result.

Now is December and you are going to get your QTAC and QCS result very soon. AU might be so busy for SATAC appliction too. Probably you can try to study the first semester in QLD and apply for AU in the same time. Then you can catch the 2nd semester in AU.
