Do you have a ... experience經驗是一直存在的,不會出現'過去才有'的經驗.

用did還是do就在乎experience是經驗還是經歷。經驗是「事實」，所以是件不變的事情，要用現在式。經歷是過去的事情，那就要用過去式。

應該用 Did you have any shopping experience?

或: No, I don't
答: Yes, I did.
