website verification?

Are you trying to add the meta tag or the html page that Google needs to verify???
If you simply create and upload a blank page using the character string Google gave as its name and make sure its extention is the same as requested (I.E. htm or html.). Other wise you need to add the meta tag b4 the body tag on your index page

What's the problem?
