民事案也可以的﹗If it happens at a working or educational enviornment. But 一定要有上司-employee or teacher-student relationships (and most usually happened with regards to work / study reasons)

Consult a lawyer if u believe u have this case.

民事 can involve $$$ 賠賞and some ppl can pursue 刑事起訴 after民事!!
