Firstly, I know that the manuals of guidelines can increase knowledge of safety to staff. Before doing the project, I only know the risk how to comply with, such as making insurance, more management or acceptance. I do not know what exactly actions are. When I have finished this project, I know every case of accident in risk Management Strategy Grid how correctly to do. YMCA did the correct ways to comply with the accident, so I can understand the efficient ways.

Firstly, I know that the guideline manuals can help increase staff's safety knowledge. But before this project, I only understand about the types of risks and how to comply with them, such as establishing insurance, stronger structure and acceptance from management. Yet I do not know what the exact actions that are needed to be taken to avoid these risks.
After this project's completion, I have learnt how to correctly handle every types of accident in the Risk Management Strategy Grid. YMCA have correctly comply with such grid, helping me to now understand the efficient ways to avoid risks.
