Secondly, there are no emergency procedures, because each of condition and people of involvement are different. The staffs need to base on pervious experience and own knowledge to handle it. If the thing is very dangerous, the staff should tell the manager to handle it. I think it is quite bad to their staffs and public media, because the staffs can not know how to do in a highly serious or specific thing. Therefore, they can do wrong actions cause the company's lost.

I think it is quite bad FOR THE staffs and public media, because the staffs WOULD NOT know how to do in a highly serious OF specific thing. Therefore, they can MAKE wrong actions THAT LED TO THE LOSS OF COMPANY .

If the situation is very dangerous, the staff should advice their supervisor. I think it is quite bad to the staffs and to the public media, because they do not know how to react in a highly serious situation. Therefore, they can react in a wrong way and cause company's losses.
