適量運動,有助鬆馳,舒緩壓力。
●不要訂立難於實現的目標或背負太多責任。
●不要強求。
●把大型的工作「斬件」,做自己能力範圍便可。
●不要對自己抱太高的期望,以免帶來更大的挫敗感。
●找朋友陪伴,比單獨面對好些。
●參加社交活動,令自己感覺好些。
●避免突如其來的改變,要作重大決定前,例如轉變工作﹑結婚等,應先諮詢一些熟悉你的人,最好能把轉變推遲至抑鬱情緒遠離的時候。
●不開心的時候,把內心的感受表達出來,例如找人傾訴﹑哭泣,都有幫助。
●定時服藥,減少復發機會。

To avoid, you may do more regular exercises like cycling, ball games, swimming, yoga, etc. Besides, eat some food like bananas, chocolates, walnuts, and food that contains a lot of Vitamin B because these foods can keep your brain in balance. Depression can be due to the lack of a brain substance called 血清素. Try doing exercises and eat some healthy food, it may help you to regain the balance, get better and happier to face pressure.
