Well, it is no doubt that one's (contribution/contributions???) may not be sufficient to accomplish all the given tasks on time. So I think teamwork is a very important factor for every company's (operation/operations???). Don't you think? If (the???) time is allowed after finishing my own work, I don't hesitate to help other colleagues.

contribution 基本上係冇得uncountable, 所以係冇severy 後一定係 冇 plural form 所以係 operation
time is allowed.... 比較唔太合用， 我suggest 你寫 if there is sufficient time for me after finishing my (own) work, I will not hesitate to help other colleagues.
